The apartments are located in Povljana, a quiet coastal village in a natural small bay on the southwestern shore of the island Pag, 14 km south of the town of Pag.
It is recognisable as the place for family vacation with sandy or stone beaches, shallow and clear sea. On the west side of the place there are curative muds consisting of silty sediment suitable for the treatment of rheumatism.
The beach is only 220m far from the apartments; the centre, a store and the pharmacy are 50m away, whereas the clinic is only 150 m away.
